These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the sana101 platform, including all betting, casino gaming, payment, and account services available to players in Bangladesh. By creating an account or placing a wager, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
1. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the sana101 platform, including the website, mobile browser interface, and any associated services provided by sana101 to players based in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the sana101 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and the Company.
By accessing sana101, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or participating in any promotional activity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Company will provide reasonable notice by displaying an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are published and governed in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. All communications between sana101 and its players, including account-related correspondence, support tickets, and promotional notifications, shall be conducted in English unless otherwise stated.
1.1 Definitions
- "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the sana101 platform.
- "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's sana101 Account wallet, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits granted to a Player that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
- "Platform" means the sana101 website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, payment systems, and related services in their entirety.
- "Wager" means any bet placed by a Player on a sports event, casino game, crash game, or any other gaming activity offered on the Platform.
- "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all sana101 Accounts are denominated.
2. Account Registration
To access the betting and casino services offered by sana101, you must register a personal account. Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
When registering an account on sana101, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.
2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)
sana101 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud standards. The Company reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to:
- A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
- Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
- Proof of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account registered under the same name as the sana101 account).
Until KYC verification is completed to the Company's satisfaction, withdrawal requests may be held pending review. The Company may also limit certain account functions, including deposit limits and bonus eligibility, for unverified accounts. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
2.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sana101 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. sana101 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be treated as activity carried out by you, and the Company accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
3. Age Restriction & Eligibility
Access to sana101 is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. The Company operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all funds held in the account returned to the payment source where technically feasible.
In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to register and maintain an active account on sana101:
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
- You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of an employee of sana101 or any of its affiliated companies.
- You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, including any exclusion you have requested directly through sana101's own responsible gaming tools.
- You have not previously had a sana101 account permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on sana101 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as bank transfers through Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on sana101 is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by the Company, though individual payment providers (such as bKash and Nagad) may impose their own transaction limits which are outside the Company's control. Deposits are credited to your sana101 account wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases of technical delays, deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect. If a deposit does not appear within this timeframe, you should contact the support team with your transaction reference number.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. The Company will not accept deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed and the depositing account suspended pending investigation.
4.2 Withdrawals
To submit a withdrawal request, your account must have completed KYC verification and your account must be in good standing with no active investigations or holds. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to verification checks. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding a threshold set by the Company's risk management team.
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The Company does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, payment provider fees may apply and are beyond the Company's control. Withdrawal timelines may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional compliance checks are required.
4.3 Currency and Exchange
sana101 accounts are denominated exclusively in BDT. The Company does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any funds transferred via a payment method denominated in a currency other than BDT will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, subject to any conversion fees applied by the payment provider.
5. Bonus & Promotion Terms
sana101 offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses, including the welcome deposit bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes, are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players who make a qualifying first deposit on sana101 may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the deposit must meet the minimum threshold stated in the current welcome bonus promotion terms. Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Wallet and must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the individual promotion terms) before any winnings generated from bonus funds may be transferred to the main Balance and subsequently withdrawn.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for sana101 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a bonus of ৳1,000, you must place total wagers of ৳30,000 before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution rates are as follows:
- Slots: 100% contribution to wagering requirements.
- Live Casino (Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat): 10% contribution.
- Sports Betting (pre-match): 100% contribution on qualifying markets.
- Live In-Play Sports Betting: 100% contribution on qualifying markets.
- Crash Games (including Aviator): 50% contribution.
5.3 General Bonus Conditions
- Only one bonus may be active at any one time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.
- The Company reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to withhold bonus payments or void winnings where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting, or the use of automated software.
- Seasonal and festival bonuses (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, T20 World Cup promotional offers) are subject to their own individual terms and are available for a limited time only.
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the sana101 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You acknowledge that the integrity of the Platform and the fairness of games and betting markets depends on all players acting in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sana101:
- Registering more than one account, whether under the same name, a different name, or using different contact details, payment methods, or device identifiers.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
- Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal or illegal activity.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for personal gain. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void and will be recovered by the Company.
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs, proxies, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards sana101 staff, support agents, or other players.
- Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your sana101 account through your payment provider without first raising the matter with the Company's support team.
The Company reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During the course of an investigation, the account may be suspended and access to funds temporarily restricted. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, the Company may permanently close the account, void all pending bets and bonuses, and recover any funds obtained through prohibited means. The Company reserves the right to report confirmed fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your sana101 account at any time by contacting the support team at support@sana101. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining real-money Balance. The Company will process voluntary closure requests within five business days. Once an account is voluntarily closed, any unclaimed bonus funds will be forfeited. Voluntary closures requested under the responsible gaming self-exclusion programme are processed immediately and are subject to the terms set out in the Responsible Gaming Policy.
7.2 Company-Initiated Suspension or Closure
The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
- The account is found to belong to a person under 18 years of age.
- The account holder is identified as being on a self-exclusion register.
- The Company is required to close the account by applicable law, regulation, or instruction from a competent authority.
Where an account is closed by the Company due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money Balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is substantiated, the Balance will be returned to the Player via the original payment method within 10 business days.
8. Limitation of Liability
The sana101 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. While the Company takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous uptime and a high-quality user experience, it cannot guarantee that the Platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sana101 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the Player's failure to secure their credentials.
- Losses resulting from the Player's reliance on incorrect odds, prices, or statistics displayed on the Platform due to a technical error.
- Interruption to, or suspension of, betting or gaming services during live events due to technical difficulties.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any banking institution.
- Any loss or damage arising from the Player's decision to gamble, including gambling-related financial harm.
In all cases where the Company is found liable for a direct loss suffered by a Player as a result of a verifiable technical error caused solely by the Company, the maximum aggregate liability of sana101 to that Player shall not exceed the value of the real-money Balance held in the Player's account at the time the error occurred, or ৳10,000, whichever is the lesser amount.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as excluding or limiting the Company's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
